Each accommodation sleeps 2 adults and have their own garden area. The 2 Shepherds Huts are located next to each other which is fenced between for privacy and the cabin is set in its own private area looking down towards the bay.
Its location cannot be beaten, less than 100metres from beautiful Porthcothan beach between Padstow and Newquay. A beach shop selling local produce, tea rooms and the South West Coast Path are all on the doorstep and on the local bus route with the bus stop right outside the gate. TIDES REACH
HUT 1
Tucked away in an unbeatable location, this gorgeous Shepherds hut is just waiting to be enjoyed. In stunning green surroundings of trees and wildlife this is modern luxury glamping. The internal layout has a fixed large double bed, drop down breakfast bar & stools, a full kitchen, hob, oven, grill, extractor fan, fridge, an en-suite bathroom with shower, w/c & sink. A smart tv and superfast wifi are also included. Set its own private garden with seating and loungers, the natural surroundings allow you to enjoy your stay spending your days on the beach and your evenings eating al fresco or having a bbq with an array of superb restaurants nearby.

FOXES COVE, HUT 2
This gorgeous Shepherds hut has a very spacious feel, a wooden interior & log burner gives a really cozy feel. A separate kitchen and bathroom is linked by a covered walkway and deck area. Whether you are relaxing on the chaise lounge in front of the log burner or sitting at the breakfast bar watching tv, there is ample space along with a double bed. (6x5’). The covered deck allows for a seating area for morning coffee or afternoon tea while you enjoy the south facing garden, soaking up some cornish air! Porthcothan beach or walking the coastpath are both a few steps away. A stunning location with private parking, its modern luxury glamping and we are sure you will enjoy this stay!

THE LOOKOUT
This unique converted container has a warm, light and airy feel, the largest of our bespoke glamping areas at 24ft in length with additional balcony, it has everything for the perfect stay. Steps lead through the front door to an open planned fitted kitchen with integrated fridge & oven with hob and extractor fan. The lounge area is a cosy space with log burner, TV and sliding patio doors which opens onto the private raised enclosed deck with seating that looks down towards the bay. Steps lead down to a small garden area with bbq. A double bed with wardrobe leads into the spacious bathroom with shower, sink & w/c.

SUNNYRIDGE COTTAGE
The Space
Sunnyridge is a wonderful family cottage sleeping 5 (4adults max) within walking distance to the beach with fabulous views overlooking the bay and Trevose Head. Pet friendly and with spacious open planned reverse accommodation, the lounge benefits the views of the ocean and to watch the evening Sunsets.
Downstairs consists of an entrance hall leading to the 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom one has a king size bed with French doors opening onto the patio, a walk-in wardrobe and a door leading to the bathroom with bath and shower.
Bedroom two has bunkbeds and a built in wardrobe, another door also leads into the same bathroom.
Bedroom three has a double bed and can be accessed at the end of the hall.
Stairs lead from the hall up to the living accommodation with an open planned light spacious kitchen with breakfast bar / dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fitted with oven, dishwasher, gas hob, washing machine and fridge freezer with a beautiful granite worktop and breakfast bar with stools. The dining table seats 5 and velux windows create a light/airy feel. The lounge is situated at the end with French fully opening patio doors with glass balustrade giving way to a field overlooking the Ocean, Wills Rock and Trevose Head in the distance. The sunsets during the summer months are spectacular. A door from the kitchen leads to a snug room for a quieter space with a tv and views overlooking fields out the back. A doorway also leads to another spacious shower room with w/c and basin.
Outside there is an enclosed garden part laid to lawn and patio. Steps lead up to an upper seating area with glass surround perfect for coffee mornings or catching the evening sun.
Parking is in the drive just outside the garden gate accessed off a quiet no through road. *This is not the same site as the retreat.
